The Awakened Alchemy offers a unique energy healing modality that combines energy healing with ancient yogic practices. This approach gently heals the body, mind and spirit through powerful tools that empower one’s healing journey and bring healing to the whole person.
Combining energetic healing with yoga asana, yogic kriyas, meditation and breath work provides a complete renewal of the mind, body and spirit. These powerful practices work in harmony to renew the human energetic system by balancing the energy centers in the body. This approach facilitates the movement of energy within, around and out of the body to release energetic stagnation, create space for new energy and bring the natural flow of energy back into balance.

Energy Healing
Energy healing is facilitated from the heart and intentioned with the highest possible good for all. Informed by Healing Touch and Ayurvedic Energy Healing, the energy healing practiced primarily targets the major and minor chakras as well the human energy field. These practices have been adapted to pair with ancient yogic techniques to bring healing to the whole person.

Restorative Asana
Asana, the physical practice of yoga helps facilitate the movement of energy within and around the body. Restorative asanas are restful and help promote ease and relaxation while emphasizing the meditative aspect of yoga which allows for energy to flow. Postures are chosen with great intention to balance specific chakras (energy centers) within the body and to help facilitate the movement of energy within the energetic field.

Kriya
Kriyas, yogic techniques, assist in the movement of energy, cleanse the body and bring greater vitality to one’s life. Kriyas are chosen with great care to support the asana practice. Many kriyas are selected from the Kundalini yoga tradition and may include physical kryias and/or mantras. These practices restore energy both mentally and physically and bring greater balance to the overall practice.

Pranayama & Dhyana
Pranayam (breath work) is a very simple, yet powerful, tool to clear and move energy through the prana pathways (energy channels) of the body. Dhyana (meditation) is used to withdraw from thoughts and automatic responses to bring greater awareness to the self. Pranayama and Dhyana work together to calm the mind and booy, assist in the movement of energy, and draw awareness within.

Rest and receive healing through a curated session intentioned toward your needs. 1:1 healing sessions include a thoughtfully designed restorative yoga practice that includes energetic healing and yogic practices tailored toward your healing goals. These sessions are for anyone who is looking to restore balance and bring harmony to the mind, body, emotions and spirit.

Group Healing
Explore the subtleties of the energetic system with others on the path to discovery and healing. The session will include an energetic reset through energy healing received from Olivia, nourishing restorative yoga mixed with a variety of yogic kriyas, breath work and meditation practices. Group healing sessions are held monthly and limited to 5 people.
